Then there is the little problem with all the felons driving school buses. But that is another story. Hmmm...I wonder how many illegal alien truckers there really are...something tells me there aren't that many.... |

There are few if any Illegal Alien Truckers because it requires legal presence and a valid Social Security Number to get one. Hazmat requires a backgound check.

If you as a citizen refuse to give your SSN when you get a license you will be prosecuted by the state. Your SSN is required under state and federal Child support laws and the local government uses it to make sure you pay your tickets. The Feds will also cancel your passport if you owe child support.

If you are an Illegal you get a psss on the SSN requirement is Washington. I guess non of them owe child support or tickets. All they have to do is sign a form saying they don't have one. Real ID came into force on July and we are one of only a couple of states where the Governor has decided not to obey federal law.
