The Clintons want Obama to LOSE! How else will Hillary run against McCain in 2012?

Frankly, it is not up to Bill and Hillary Clinton to bring disillusioned Democrats back to Barack Obama. That is the job of Barack Obama himself, and I don't see him doing all that well in that particular endeavor. If he can bring the disillusioned back into the fold all well and good, but if he does not, it is his fault and his alone and that has nothing to do with the Clintons. Had Hillary Clinton won the nomination she would be double digits ahead of McCain right now and Obama is only a measley 6 points ahead of McCain just two days before the RNC convention. Evidently, people are realizing that tax and spend socialism, even under the sheep skin of "Hope and Change", is still tax and spend socialism and it has no place in the capitalistic democracy of America.

Stop fanning the flames of divisiveness, the call for Unity has been heard several times. Spend your time writing about the issues facing our country, not scandalous tidbits and gossip.

You know what, I was pleasantly surprised. Even more so by President Clinton's speech. Undoubtedly, the loss was extremely difficult for the Clintons to swallow, especially with most blame being put on faulty campaigning as opposed to lack of popularity. It would have been nice for Hillary to have specifically acknowledged Obama more, but that was just one speech and there is surely more to come [or at least I expect]. Hopefully the portrayed benevolence and camaraderie was not showcased solely for one night at the DNC -- I hope the Clintons keep it up in order to both unite their party and ensure its success.

Obama's ties to criminals and terrorists: Retzko & Ayers needed to be brought to light by mainstream media during the primaries...but his campaign was a boon to their advertising earnings. Clinton is the most qualified candidate the party has; and her philosophy is nowhere near the radical socialist agenda that Obama brings.

The Party has given us the wrong candidate...a man enamored with the sound of his own voice, only capable of doing a good job reading the speaches written by the Kennedy team.

The Clintons should be doing a "countdown to the election" show that should run 24 hours a day until the election. They could show case the achievements of their party and the socialists. They could even call it "The Countdown to Rapture" in honor of lord Obama. Instead, they have been effectively in hiding until the convention. Biden is now the VP nominee. Isn't that reason enough to get the Clintons out there?

That would but are afraid of getting sued by the Republicans for copyright infringement.

reflects what most people think, which is that they did a great job. I think this conflict is being fed for ratings. Did anyone read Maureen Dowd's column? and let me recommend watching the rest of the convention on CSPAN, it was so wonderful to watch the show without the talking heads telling me what I should think about every little detail. Can Obama do anything about 24 hour tabloid news? Even this poll reinforces perceptions. If we vote 70/30 that the Clintons did great, will the media finally focus on the issues?

Left no doubt in the minds of anyone. The Clintons came through loud and clear.

I think Hillary did what she needed to do, encourage the vote, but not really support. Tell me why should she? God forbid...was she black-balled?

Hillary's speech mention that McCain is her friend, she did not say that about Obama. She said nothing about Obama's charater or of his qualifications on being President. She did say they need to put a Democrat in the white house before she mentioned Obama's name.

Are you kidding? 90 percent of the people here are in the tank for Obama.. BTW Quit ripping Fox News. They are the only network I can watch without wanting to puke. CNN, MSNBC, and all the networks couldn't be any more overt in their love for this hollow man.

I guess that was a "fair and balanced poll" you took?
.
I can't watch ANY network news without screaming at the TV - at least you have Faux News to reinforce your world beliefs, I only have the internet.
