FEDERAL WAY: Espresso stand robbery suspect arrested after Fort Lewis crash

Law enforcement officers on Tuesday arrested a man wanted in connection with the robbery of a bikini barista stand in Parkland, after he allegedly wrecked a car at Fort Lewis.
