This photo was obviously staged by republicans trying to argue against the climate change that is occurring. Obviously the snow in this photo is fake, just like the smiles on these peoples' faces.

Its a deal! But I may need some time to acclimate back to physical efforts! after all Im OLD and out of shape!!! One of your trips and you'd be carring out a 220 lb rubber bag instead of a kitchen sink! HA!

PS and I ve found that tree hugging, dirt worshipping, hippies get along just fine with goofy old ward cleaver conservatives as long as politics stays in the latrine where it belongs! HA!

Shoot maybe we could even bring HH and moderate!

Even better we can all meet on the water, the rest of you can CREW while some of you help me beat the pants off durka and his new raceboat!! HAHAHA!!!!

What the heck, that would be quite a trip.

and it wouldn't be the first body bag I've ever carried out of the backcountry ;)

I DO have to commend you on your pics Lisa. They do have a bit of a part, in my recent thoughts towards parking this truck and coming home. There is NO place in this country that I have not been...over and over again...some good some bad some even GREAT, but there really is nowhere like the "wet side" of Washington!

Way too many years living in a 8 foot box, never really knowing WHERE youll be the next day, missing out on EXCERCISE...FREINDS...FAMILY...DECENT FOOD....etc etc etc etc.

I swear when I DO get home I climb aboard my boat, toss off the lines and think...Shoot I could STAY here! Ha!

A change is in the breeze!

Tell you what dale, if you promise not to talk politics (remember, I am after all a tree hugging, dirt worshiping Bush Loathing hippie chick) I'll even invite you on one of my trips.

I feel safe, I am after all armed.

There's just a certain amount of gear required for safe winter backcountry travel;
~
At this rate, I'll be in great shape for backpacking and swimsuit season

Santa was otherwise occupied, but fear not, he will appear in many more trip photos.

I am at home sick today, so I was able to participate and noticed your absence. I usually can only read over the day's threads late at night when everyone is gone. I tried to fill some of the void, but I can never be as prolific or insightful as the WCR. Glad you had some fun. Cough sneeze.
