Thought I would write a note to let you know I completed my FIRST Marathon, The Tacoma City Marathon.
A group called Marathon Maniacs had pace runners and I joined the group planning to run the race in 4 hours 15 minutes, our leader was Eric and I must say a great pacer. Eric kept us between a 9:30 and 9:44 minute miles building a little space for potty stops or fluid intake all in all he stayed right on.

April 22nd CBS Meeting
Last night I attended the Community Based Services meeting. I went there not exactly knowing what to expect. I’ll admit I am pretty new to all this Community Outreach stuff. When I entered the building I was overwhelmed and exhausted. Not because I was chasing my kids all day, but because I had carried two tables up some stairs and down some stairs. Whew! (Wipes brow) What a workout.
